The San Francisco 49ers hope to turn the page on what has been a tough past three weeks by opening their offseason conditioning program Monday.
The team has a 10-week window with which to get in nine weeks of offseason work. The programs cannot exceed four days a week and must be conducted Monday through Friday. Offseason workout programs have three phases with different rules for each. They are based on strength and conditioning, individual instruction and organized team activities.
Below are other key dates as part of the offseason program.
OTA workouts: May 27-29, June 2-3, June 5, June 9-10, June 12-13
Mandatory minicamp: June 17-19
