Lynch carries a cap hit of $11.5 million in 2016 with his current Seahawks deal. If the team were to part ways with him, it would get $6.5 million back in cap relief.
Considering Lynch is perhaps the most unpredictable player in the NFL, it's unlikely that he'll make a firm decision one way or another anytime soon. But the Seahawks are already putting together their offseason plans, and the most likely scenario is that Lynch has played his last game with the team.
