Seahawks' K.J. Wright fined for taunting

RENTON, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks linebacker K.J. Wright was fined $7,875 by the NFL for unnecessary roughness during the game last weekend against Carolina, league officials confirmed Friday.

Wright was penalized for taunting after grabbing the legs of Panthers safety Colin Jones and pulling him off a pile of players after a Carolina fumble on a Seattle punt. The two players had words after Jones got up.
