NFL regional combine at the VMAC

An NFL regional combine will take place this weekend at the Seahawks' practice facility in Renton, Wash. -- The Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

The regional combines serve as a supplement to last month's national combine in Indianapolis. Players who attend a regional combine may be invited to attend the NFL super regional combine at Detroit's Ford Field on April 12-13.

Defensive players will work out at the VMAC Saturday morning and offensive players will have workouts in the afternoon. Kickers will show what they can do Sunday morning, followed by punters that afternoon.
