RENTON, Wash. -- Russell Wilson's best game of the season last weekend enabled the Seattle Seahawks quarterback to move up one spot on Dan Graziano’s MVP Watch, going from fifth to fourth.

The Jacksonville Jaguars weren’t much of a test for Wilson, who threw four touchdown passes (completing 14 of 21 passes for 202 yards) before calling it a day and leaving the game late in the third quarter.

Since the middle of his rookie season last year, Wilson has been sensational. He has an NFL best 117.3 passer rating since Week 9 of 2012 while leading the Seahawks to an 11-2 record over that span.

Wilson also had led the team to six four-quarter comebacks in his 21 career starts. He may need to come up with a seventh one this weekend against the Houston Texans. If he does, he could move up to third or better on the MVP list.
