For the second year in a row, LSU will kick off its season next year on a big stage against an opponent from a big conference.

LSU and Oregon have agreed to meet in the "Cowboys Classic" next season in Cowboys Stadium in a primetime game that will be televised by either ABC or ESPN. Just this past Saturday, LSU opened the 2010 season with a 30-24 win over North Carolina in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game in Atlanta.

Playing in the Dallas area is a coup for the Tigers, who recruit extensively in the state of Texas. What's more, LSU has a huge alumni base in Dallas.

The SEC now has a pretty impressive lineup of nonconference opponents set for next season.

Among them: Alabama plays at Penn State. Auburn plays at Clemson. Boise State plays at Ole Miss, and Arkansas faces Texas A&M in Cowboys Stadium. In addition, Georgia plays Georgia Tech every year, while Florida faces Florida State annually and South Carolina plays Clemson annually.
