Georgia added some future offensive/defensive line help Friday when Kwame Geathers of Carvers Bay, S.C., signed with the Bulldogs.
The 6-5, 315-pound Geathers had delayed his decision to see what all was out there for him. He made an official visit to Tennessee last week and was also considering Central Florida. Geathers' older brother, Robert, played for the Bulldogs earlier this decade.
Geathers was rated by Scouts Inc. as the No. 30 offensive guard prospect in the country, but may also factor in at defensive tackle for the Bulldogs.
Georgia, which now has 19 signees for the 2009 class, may not be done. The Bulldogs remain in the running for tight end Orson Charles of Tampa, Fla.
