There was some concern in the Alabama camp earlier this week about Julio Jones' bruised knee.
But after seeing him practice Thursday at full speed, Alabama coach Nick Saban said Jones should be ready to go Saturday against South Carolina.
"He's going to have some soreness that he will have to deal with, but he certainly practiced full speed (Thursday), and we were happy to see that," Saban said Thursday night on his weekly radio show.
Jones was limited earlier in the week after injuring his knee last week against Florida. He was slowed during the first part of last season by a bruised knee and said afterward that the injury affected him a lot more than anybody knew at the time.
