We took a look last week at the positions each team in the league received the most help at during the spring. But not all questions were answered. Here's a look at the positions each team still needs the most help at heading into the fall:
Alabama
Offensive line: Nothing is set in stone on Alabama's offensive line. Freshman D.J. Fluker will get a chance to show what he can do at left tackle, and veteran Mike Johnson is versatile enough to play just about anywhere. The Crimson Tide could end up working a number of different combinations before settling on one in the fall.
Arkansas
Defensive back: The status of sophomore free safety Elton Ford remains uncertain after his freshman season was cut short by a serious neck injury. After giving up an SEC-high 22 touchdown passes last season, the Hogs were again burned by the big play this spring on defense. They hope freshman cornerback Darius Winston can be an immediate contributor.
Auburn
Receiver: The Tigers are still waiting to hear if they'll have senior Montez Billings for the 2009 season. Billings, the leading returning receiver on the team, missed the spring because of an unresolved academic issue. Prized freshman DeAngelo Benton, who enrolled in school last week, had better be as advertised.
Florida
Receiver: Nobody is going to feel sorry for the Gators, who are swimming in talent. But there's still not an established go-to guy at receiver. Deonte Thompson has a chance to step into that role. David Nelson came on at the end of last season, and Florida is expecting big things out of freshman Andre Debose. There's not a sure thing right now, though.
Georgia
Defensive end: The Bulldogs finished the spring with only two healthy scholarship defensive ends, and things only got worse when Mark Richt announced earlier this month that Justin Houston would be suspended for the first two games. Who's going to rush the quarterback remains a huge question mark with this team.
Kentucky
Defensive end: The battle for one defensive end spot turned into the battle for both end spots when senior Jeremy Jarmon was declared ineligible to play next season. The Wildcats don't have an end on their roster who's made a tackle in a college game. That means the pressure's on sophomore Chandler Burden, redshirt freshman Collins Ukwu and junior college signee DeQuin Evans.
LSU
Receiver: The answer here may well end up being multi-talented Russell Shepard, who's going to play some quarterback and receiver in 2009, according to Les Miles. But Rueben Randle is also on his way, and he's another one ticketed for early playing time. Right now, it's Brandon LaFell and a bunch of other guys at receiver who haven't proven a whole lot.
Mississippi State
Receiver: Junior college transfer Leon Berry demonstrated during the spring that he can play, but there's a reason first-year coach Dan Mullen signed seven potential receivers in this class. The Bulldogs need playmakers on the perimeter, which means incoming freshmen Chad Bumphis and Dennis Thames could play key roles in 2009.
Ole Miss
Left offensive tackle: After a brief demotion earlier during the spring, sophomore Bradley Sowell battled back to win the left tackle job heading into preseason camp. The Rebels like his ability to move, but he has to get stronger in order to hold up in the SEC. He'll also have to hold off incoming freshman Bobbie Massie, one of the top prep school players in the country.
South Carolina
Offensive line: Not being able to find a quarterback has no doubt cost Steve Spurrier in his first four seasons at South Carolina, but inconsistent play in the offensive line has been just as damaging. Spurrier likes his new line coach, Eric Wolford, but how it all comes together up front for the Gamecocks remains to be seen.
Tennessee
Quarterback: The only help on the way is Mike Rozier, a former minor league baseball player. But it's not realistic to think that he can help right away after being out of football for so long. That leaves Jonathan Crompton and Nick Stephens, both of whom still have a lot to prove after last season's nightmarish showing on offense.
Vanderbilt
Receiver: The Commodores will hold their breath the rest of this summer and hope that Connecticut transfer Terence Jeffers can pass enough credit hours to be eligible in the fall. They lost Justin Wheeler to a knee injury in the spring, but Alex Washington was 100 percent healthy again and played like it.
