COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Ole Miss quarterback Jevan Snead still doesn’t look to be in any kind of rhythm.

Part of it is that South Carolina has gotten good pressure on him, and he’s had to get rid of the ball in a hurry. Snead finished the first quarter 2-of-5 for 21 yards.

One thing the Rebels did in the first quarter was shorten this game with a 14-play drive that included nine running plays, ending in Joshua Shene’s 42-yard field goal.
