BATON ROUGE, La. -- How do you explain LSU's close to the third quarter?

The Tigers couldn't even get lined up after initially getting a third down and were hit with consecutive false start penalties and then failed to get a play off before the end of the third quarter.

The start of the fourth quarter wasn't much better, as LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson was sacked by Jermaine Cunningham on the first play.

The Tigers have lived in a lot of third-and-long situations, which is death against Florida's defense.
