BATON ROUGE, La. -- Florida's offense hasn't been dynamic tonight. The Gators haven't had a lot of big plays, and Tim Tebow hasn't been his usual unstoppable self.

But what Florida has done very well is keep the ball away from LSU. In stretching its lead to 13-3 on Caleb Sturgis' 32-yard field goal, Florida kept the ball 11 plays.

The Gators' first scoring drive in the first quarter was 13 plays, and their only touchdown drive before the half lasted eight plays.
