Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray won't face any charges even though his name is mentioned in police reports concerning two car vandalisms at a Knoxville apartment complex.

Bray will not face charges after he apologized to the first victim, Brandi Hudson, for allegedly throwing beer bottles and golf balls with his roommate off of a balcony and onto her car. The report said that Bray also offered to pay for the damages to Hudson's car.

According to the police report, Hudson was informed of what happened to her car by a note left on her car by Kirstie Allen, who later had her windshield smashed in on Monday. Police say the second vandalism is still under investigation.

Bray did apologize and isn't facing charges, but this isn't exactly what Tennessee wants to see from its starting quarterback. This is the same starting quarterback who has even said that he needs to work on his maturity and leadership. Well, this isn't the way to do it.

Bray might have made strides in the leadership department this spring, but this is a temporary setback.
