Missouri has finished its nonconference schedule for the 2013 football season.
The school announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to a home-and-home series with Arkansas for 2013 and 2015. Mizzou will host Arkansas State on Sept. 28th of this year, with the return game scheduled for Sept. 12, 2015 in Jonesboro, Ark.
Kickoff times won't be set until SEC television selections are made this summer.
"We’re very pleased to finish out our 2013 schedule with a quality opponent such as Arkansas State," Mizzou's executive associate director of athletics Bryan Maggard said in a release by the school. "Due to recent changes in the Sun Belt Conference, we were able to secure this game, and we appreciate the efforts of Arkansas State’s administration in making this happen."
Last season, Arkansas State went 10-3 and claimed the Sun Belt Conference title with current Auburn coach Gus Malzahn. The Red Wolves finished the year with a 17-13 win over Kent State in the GoDaddy.com Bowl.
