Listen to any coach on national signing day and you'll think you're listening to man who just hauled in the class of all classes. National signing day is full of winners and only winners when it comes to talking about recruiting classes.

Sure, no class is ever really perfect, but you won't hear coaches say that. Needs have been met and futures are bright ...

Colleague Brett McMurphy took a look at all the happiness displayed by coaches on national signing day with his annual column poking fun at all the positivity coaches show on signing day. It's all in good fun and there are some funny, very cliche quotes from coaches when talking about their world-class recruiting hauls.

Here's a sample of what the SEC coaches said last week:

Alabama's Nick Saban: "I think everybody probably would say we like the guys that we got."

Arkansas' Bret Bielema: "The thing that I am excited about is that it fits our needs."

Auburn's Gus Malzahn: "We feel like this class really meets our needs."

Florida's Will Muschamp: "This class is very balanced."

Georgia's Mark Richt: "We did an excellent job."

Kentucky's Mark Stoops: "It's been very exciting."

LSU's Les Miles: "It's one that meets our needs."

Mississippi State's Dan Mullen: "We're excited about this class."

Missouri's Gary Pinkel: "We feel this is a high-quality group who are good fits for areas of need."

Ole Miss' Hugh Freeze: "We took a huge step forward today."

South Carolina's Steve Spurrier:"Overall it was a pretty good group."

Tennessee's Butch Jones: "I am excited."

Texas A&M's Kevin Sumlin: "I look for us to sign another pretty healthy class [in 2014]."

Vanderbilt's James Franklin: "This is our best class."
