Eight make ESPN.com's All-America team

The SEC tied the Pac-12 to lead all conferences with eight players on this year's ESPN.com preseason All-America team.

Alabama, which is looking to win its third straight national championship and its fourth in the past five years, led the SEC and tied Oregon with three players making the list.

Here are the SEC players who made the team:

OFFENSE

RB: Todd Gurley, Georgia, So.

WR: Amari Cooper, Alabama, So.

OT: Jake Matthews, Texas A&M, Sr.

DEFENSE

DE: Jadeveon Clowney, South Carolina, Jr.

DT: Anthony Johnson, LSU, Jr.

LB: C.J. Mosley, Alabama, Sr.

S: Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Alabama, Jr.

SPECIAL TEAMS
