Auburn adds two to Senior Bowl
By Edward Aschoff
Auburn offensive tackle Brandon Mosley and long-snapper Josh Harris have added their names to the 2012 Senior Bowl roster.
Mosley, who is a two-year starter for the Tigers, was a second-team All-SEC member in 2011 after starting 13 games, with 10 coming at right tackle. He also started 11 games for Auburn's 2010 national championship team that administered one of college football's best offenses.
At 6-foot-6 and 305 pounds, Mosley has good size for the next level and has played well enough that it wouldn't surprise many if his name was called in this year's NFL draft. Working out in Mobile, Ala., certainly won't hurt his chances.
As for Harris, he was Auburn's snapper for all of the Tigers' punts and field goals during the past two seasons. Getting drafted might be a stretch at this point, but he might make an NFL roster as a free agent and should stay on as a special-teams player.
With the Tigers adding to the Senior Bowl roster, the SEC now has seven players headed to Mobile.
The Senior Bowl will be played at 4 p.m. ET on Jan. 28. All of the Senior Bowl practices can be seen on the NFL Network.
