Pryor Says Knee Injury Won't Slow Him Down

Ohio State QB Terrelle Pryor has been playing through a knee injury. Pryor revealed Monday that he has a partial tear of the posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. "I was just fighting it and fighting it and trying to get better," Pryor said, "But I can't really think about it. I've got to put every injury I have, I've got to put them at the back of my head" Pryor will lead the 8th-ranked Buckeyes into the Rose Bowl against No. 7 Oregon on January 1st (4:30 ET on ABC).

McGrady Granted Leave of Absence

Houston Rockets F/G Tracy McGrady has been granted a leave from the team. ESPN.com's Mark Stein has confirmed that Houston is looking into possible trades for the former All-Star. McGrady is working his way back from microfracture surgery on his left knee in February. He has been limited to 7-8 minutes per game, all in the first half. The Rockets say McGrady will not see an increase in minutes, so both sides agree that the best solution is a trade. In the meantime, McGrady will work out on his own to get himself into game shape and keep the distractions away from his teammates.
