Werder: Phillips To Return In 2010

Despite Sunday's 34-3 loss to the Vikings, the Dallas Cowboys plan to bring back head coach Wade Phillips. The team also plans to bring back WR Roy Williams. Today on SportsCenter, Josh Elliott and ESPN NFL reporter Ed Werder broke down today's decisions.
