Yanks and Sox In No Rush

Longest MLB Games in 2009

The MLB regular season begins tonight when the World Champion New York Yankees travel to Fenway to play the Boston Red Sox. Don't expect to be going to sleep early though as the Yanks and Sox both played the longest games on average last season. The MLB average was a full 16 minutes less than the Yankees per game total.
