Tim Lincecum: Two-Time Cy Young Award Winner AND Dunking Machine
April 29, 2010 7:00 PM ET
When you think about San Francisco's Tim Lincecum, there's a number of descriptors that come to mind: power pitcher, Cy Young Award winner, Snuggie wizard. But you don't normally think of the guy as a dunker. Maybe that's because you're thinking of "dunker" in a LeBron James sort of way when we meant it in a "dunking machine" sort of way. Maybe you did think of it in a dunking machine sort of way but just never thought of Lincecum as the kind of guy who enjoyed carnival games. Then again, maybe you've never seen Lincecum taunted by Sam the Minuteman and his obnoxious mascot perma-smirk. Whatever the case may be, when Big Time Timmy Jim blazed through Bristol, we made sure we had a dunking machine on site, just to capture a moment like this. Enjoy.
