26-year-old Dallas Braden walked onto the mound Sunday looking for his 18th-carer decision; he walked off of it with the 19th perfect game in MLB history. Braden is just the seventh southpaw to throw a perfect game in MLB history.

Tiger Withdraws from TPC with Neck Pain
Tiger Woods withdrew from THE PLAYERS Championship with an injury that he thinks may be a bulging disc in his upper back. "I've been playing with a bad neck for about a month," Woods said. He later said he first felt the injury before the Masters and will have an MRI next week. Woods said he felt some tingling on his right side, all the way down to his fingers.

Suns Sweep Spurs, Advance to Conference Finals
The Phoenix Suns completed a sweep of the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday night. Amar'e Stoudemire led with 29 points to help the Suns get past the Spurs in the playoffs for the first time in five tries. Phoenix returns to the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 2006.

Kimbo's UFC Run is Over
UFC president Dana White says Internet phenom Kimbo Slice is done fighting in the UFC. Slice suffered a bad loss Saturday night at UFC 113 to Matt Mitrione. Consequently, White decided to give Kimbo, 36, his pink slip. The former YouTube sensation did not protest the decision.

Majerle and Laimbeer on Sixers Radar
Sixers president and GM Ed Stefanski will conduct four interviews for the open head coaching position in the next two days. Suns assistant Dan Majerle and Timberwolves assistant Bill Laimbeer are among the higher-profile candidates. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Laimbeer will interview Sunday following former Raptors head coach Sam Mitchell. On Monday Stefanski will meet with Majerle and Trail Blazers assistant Monty Williams.

Moss Underwent Knee Surgery
Redskins WR Santana Moss had arthroscopic surgery this offseason on his left knee to fix a chronic problem. Moss said Saturday the knee had been bothering him for a while, but that the surgery wouldn't cause him to miss any time during training camp. Redskins coach Mike Shanahan hinted that Moss' surgery took place three months ago.

Mauer Returns, Twins Win
Joe Mauer returned to the Twins starting lineup Sunday, going 1 for 3 in a victory over Baltimore. If all goes well, Twins skipper Ron Gardenhire expects the reigning AL MVP to be back behind the plate Tuesday. The Twins open a two-game home series with the White Sox. Mauer is hitting .341 with one HR and 13 RBIs.

Mariners Call for Change
The Seattle Mariners have the worst offense in the American League, and have now fired their hitting coach Alan Cockrell. The team is hitting just .225, and ranks last in the AL in eight offensive categories. Seattle is 11-19 overall, trailing the AL West leading Texas Rangers by 5.5 games.

Changing of the Guard
The Premier League title belongs to Chelsea following its 8-0 victory over Wigan. The win gives Chelsea the title by one point over Manchester United. It is Chelsea's third league title in six years and prevents ManU from becoming the first team to win the English title in four consecutive years.
