My Wish: Green Bay Packers

13-year-old Packers fan Anna Schmidt was diagnosed with a severely-enlarged heart last December. She was in desperate need of a heart transplant and received one in March. When the Green Bay Packers learned of Anna's remarkable story and her wish to meet the team, they gladly made it happen. Chris Connelly brings us the emotional story.
