Move over Michael Phelps. Jay Fleming, a one-armed swimmer, is the winner of the YouTube SportsCenter Your Highlight. He is the winner of the 9-10 year old 25 meter butterfly event at the Nashville City Swim Meet, and he won by three seconds! Congrats Jay.
