Rams' preseason schedule revealed

Let the fun begin Week 1 of the St. Louis Rams' preseason.

The Rams and first-year defensive coordinator Gregg Williams will host the New Orleans Saints at the Edward Jones Dome. Yes, the same Williams who was part of the Saints' Bountygate scandal a few years ago.

Williams was suspended after the 2011 season and, according to reports, was expected to be the Rams' defensive coordinator in 2012 before the suspension was levied by the NFL. He gets his first crack at revenge in setting up a defense to stop the Saints -- who will probably play quarterback Drew Brees for a series or two, at best.

St. Louis will host its first two preseason games before hitting the road.

The Rams host Green Bay during Week 2. They travel to Cleveland Week 3 and Miami Week 4.

Week 1 will be played between Aug. 7-10, Week 2 between Aug. 14-18, Week 3 between Aug. 21-24 and Week 4 Aug. 28.
