Best baseball headline of the year

From the New York Post front page, after Masahiro Tanaka paid $195,000 to rent a 787 to fly himself, his wife and his dog to New York from Japan:

With a photo of Tanaka holding his prized pooch, Haru. Can't wait to see how that goes over with Yankees fans. The story reports that Japan Airlines may have footed the bill for the publicity. Still, you can't beat reporting like this:

Haru, who turned 2 in December, also arrived in great shape -- since he was free to move around the cabin, unlike the canines that get cooped up on regular JAL flights, an FAA official said.

"Haru gave it his all on this long flight," [Tanaka's wife] wrote after they landed.

Welcome to New York, Tanaka.
