TAMPA, Fla. -- For the first time this season, a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has won one of the NFL’s weekly awards.

Running back Bobby Rainey was named the NFC’s Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday morning. That came after Rainey rushed for 163 yards and two touchdowns and also caught a touchdown pass in Sunday’s 41-28 victory against Atlanta.
