The Tampa Bay Buccaneers continued overhauling their front office Friday, announcing that Mike Biehl has been selected as the director of college scouting.

Biehl spent the last 13 years with the San Diego Chargers, serving first as a regional scout before becoming the assistant director of college scouting. Prior to that, Biehl spent three years in the Buffalo Bills' personnel department.

"I have great respect for Mike's professionalism, work ethic and knowledge of players that I have seen firsthand while scouting over the past 13 years," general manager Jason Licht said. "He's coming from an organization that has been among the winningest and most successful in the NFL during his time there and whose foundation has been built around draft picks, which was important as we researched all candidates."
