Reading the coverage of the Tennessee Titans ...

First-round receivers can be a risky proposition, says Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean. He looks at Kenny Britt and the receiver class of 2009.

The Titans tweaked their practice squad, adding running back Kendall Gaskins and linebacker Brandon Copeland and waiving tackle Al Netter, says Wyatt.

A fake toss to Chris Johnson turned into a big completion from Ryan Fitzpatrick to Delanie Walker. Offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains explains why it worked in this video with Craig Peters of the Titans’ website.

To which I say: A nice example of how a certain coverage begs for a certain play.
