What I think they’re thinking in the headquarters of the Tennessee Titans this afternoon ...
Everybody’s got so much to say about us. But look at the standings. Here we are, a playoff team as of today. Take that. Doubt away, but we’re in control of what happens to us. Every year someone catches fire late and finishes big, earning a playoff spot. That’s going to be us. We are so due to beat the Colts. We’ve lost to them by 3, 4 and 3 in our last three meetings. We are right there. We get them coming off a blowout loss for the second time in three weeks. This time they won’t escape us. They’re going to lose two straight for the first time since Chuck Pagano and Andrew Luck have been in place. Then there will be more surprises, at Denver and against Arizona before chances for revenge against Jacksonville and Houston. Driver’s seat, baby. Own third down, endure the bad moments, finish big. It worked in Oakland, it’ll work in Indy and beyond.
