Ken Whisenhunt will walk the sidelines at LP Field for the first time somewhere between Aug. 7-10 when the Titans host the Green Bay Packers.

There is no telling how many snaps Aaron Rodgers will get quarterbacking the Packers in that game, but a chance to see him will certainly provide a draw at the start of the preseason.

“I think that’s great. I love, first of all, a good football team coming in here, so you get a little excitement from that,” Whisenhunt said on The Midday 180 in Nashville on Wednesday afternoon. “It’s a great barometer of where you match up.”

The Titans will hit the road in Weeks 2 and 3, accommodating a One Direction concert and play at New Orleans (somewhere between Aug. 14-17) and at Atlanta (between Aug. 21-24).

Tennessee’s finale will be at LP Field, against Minnesota on Aug. 28.
