RTC: On Jake Locker's margin for error

By Paul Kuharsky

Reading the coverage of the Tennessee Titans ...

In light of what’s going on in Miami, Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean talked to the Titans about the limits of hazing.

To which I say: If players use the basic guidelines of human decency, it shouldn’t be an issue.

The Titans can’t let up against the winless Jaguars. Just a few years ago they lost to the previously winless Colts, says Wyatt.

Jake Locker’s always operated with little margin for error. Sunday’s win in St. Louis was the first time the Titans have won when he’s thrown an interception, says David Boclair of the Nashville Post.

Jurrell Casey rushed well, but was part of the run-defense issue and Mike Otto struggled, according to Sam Monson of PFF.

Locker was 24th among quarterbacks in Week 9, according to Football Outsiders.

The Titans played a little softer and a little deeper in the secondary without Michael Griffin in the lineup, says Craig Peters of the team’s website.
