  • Right after I go on Sportsbloggers live and talk about the demise of Shaquille O'Neal, he goes for 30 and 20 in an elimination game. Someone poked that big dog with a stick. It might have been me.
  • The Suns! Tim Thomas of all people! No Raja Bell! Will we even get that Hallway Series? More on this later today! Too much to think about right now! When's game seven? Raja Bell sums it up: "It was kind of surreal. I don't have kids so this is the proudest I've ever been. I'm struggling for words. That was bigtime. I'm more emotionally drained than if I had played the game."
  • Time for some round 2 picks. I'll take Miami over New Jersey, not because it makes any sense, but because like Stephen Colbert and George Bush I can think with my intestines.
  • Anthony Johnson got 40 on the Nets' backcourt. That's part of the reason for my prediction. The Heat have some guards who can score.
  • Nenad Krstic played four seasons in Belgrade where they throw coins at you and get really nasty. He says he is not rattled by American crowds.
  • One last point: it's still possible all of my first round picks will be correct.
