He makes a strong case, on his blog, for being attentive to customers' and employees' requests, and says he is addressing things like broken hinges in bathroom stalls, dirty ketchup dispensers and lousy iPhone connectivity in the arena.

And as part of that ownership philosophy, he says he will literally mop up the arena with the cleaning crew, to get perspective on what's involved in that job.
