How do the Bobcats keep beating the Lakers?

Sebastian Pruiti of NBA Playbook digs in, and finds that it was not a case of the Lakers settling for outside shots.

Yes, they shot slightly more 3s than normal. But (by ignoring long 2s) they also got to the rim more than usual too.

What was different for the Lakers against the Bobcats was how hard the Lakers found it to score once they got in the paint. NBA Playbook has video showing Bobcat defenders in action, being smart around the rim.
