Source: Pistons quiet before deadline

We thought the Pistons would be among the teams most likely to make a deal before Thursday's trade deadline, but a source in Detroit says that there's "nothing at the moment."

The Pistons were involved in talks earlier this winter with the Nets about Rip Hamilton. But with Carmelo Anthony heading to New York, those talks are now dead. Tayshaun Prince has also been mentioned as a possible trade chip, but several GMs around the league seem to be convinced that the Pistons aren't inclined to trade him before the deadline.
