The Lakers' new coach said in his introductory press conference that his Lakers would not run the triangle. Instead, he says they'll use elements of various things, including the triangle, but that a huge influence would be the Spurs teams where Brown was an assistant.

The Spurs effectively paired David Robinson and Tim Duncan, just as the Lakers can exploit the size and talents of Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol.
