The Phoenix Suns' Paul Shirley essentially never plays in a game. But he does know a hell of a lot about the goings on of the team behind the scenes, and he writes about just about all of it on his own blog.
One recent highlight was when he was talking about his teammate, league MVP Steve Nash:
Steve put on what was unquestionably the single-most impressive display of basketball skill that I have ever seen in person. He was absolutely unstoppable.
A lot of people were saying those kinds of things after Nash's performance in game six of the second-round series against Dallas. But Paul Shirley was talking about game four--one that the Suns lost. It's worth a read.
