NBA.com has surveyed GMs to find out who they think is the best shooter, the best finisher, the best passer, and many other things.

New Orleans was, not surprisingly, called the most fun team to watch. Steve Nash was called the best passer (which was no surprise, but I bet Chris Paul wins that next year and for many years after).

And I thought this was interesting:

Who is the toughest player in the NBA?

1. Ron Artest -- 37.0%
2. Kobe Bryant -- 14.8%
3. Matt Harpring -- 7.4%
Chris Paul -- 7.4%
5. Manu Ginobili -- 5.6%

Others receiving votes: Raja Bell, Bruce Bowen, Joey Dorsey, Kevin Garnett, Allen Iverson, Kenyon Martin, Andres Nocioni, Ben Wallace.

You go, Joey Dorsey ... hasn't even played a regular season game and there's already a GM calling him the toughest dude in the NBA, even though he plays alongside competition winner Artest.

And let the record reflect two players from Argentina got votes.
