The NBA just released a list showing which D-League teams will be affiliated with which NBA teams for the upcoming season. There are still 16 teams, but the two in Maine and Massachusetts are new, and the D-League is very excited that the Rockets have taken advantage of the new arrangement whereby an NBA team can run the basketball operations of a D-League team, without actually buying it.

Entire list after the jump.
