Laker Executive Vice President Jeanie Buss (as well as Kurt Rambis) was on Mason and Ireland and she had all kinds of intersting things to say. For instance:

• What it's like to hang out with her boyfriend Phil Jackson at the lake in Montana. No, she does not fish.
• The mixed emotions of having Kurt Rambis leave for the Timberwolves. His wife is one of her best friends, and Kurt has been a major part of Phil Jackson's staff, but she can see that this could be good for both Jackson and Rambis's careers.
• An optimistic update on Phil Jackson's health, and speculation that the departure of his protege Rambis could keep him coaching longer.
• The stress of the Lamar Odom re-signing: "I had to get extra botox," she says, because of the "worried look on her face."
• And on Shaquille O'Neal in Cleveland: "Everywhere he goes, his new coach is the greatest coach he has ever had."
