James Harden being funny

By Henry Abbott

From the Motion Picture Association of America:
An R-rated motion picture may include adult themes, adult activity, hard language, intense or persistent violence, sexually-oriented nudity, drug abuse or other elements, so that parents are counseled to take this rating very seriously.

This conversation between Pete Holmes and James Harden checks several of those boxes, even though it was on basic cable. So be advised.

But it's funny. For instance:
Holmes: What would you be if you weren't a basketball player: prophet?

Harden: Probably a singer.

Holmes: A singer? You did that Foot Locker ad where you sang badly. Are you a bad singer? Do you like singing?

Harden: What was that? What did you just say?

Holmes: You did the Foot Locker ad, where you sang.

Harden: Oh yeah. I thought you said "badly."
