Patriots owner Robert Kraft to Steve Burton of WBZ-TV on why Tom Brady is attending the Super Bowl 50 pre-game ceremony of Super Bowl MVPs: "I chatted with him about it and he was his usual selfless self, saying he represents all of the players on the team, the coaches and the New England market. Without that sense of team, he wouldn't have gotten those MVP awards."

Boston College finished the season No. 1 in total defense, but the Eagles lost all but one defensive assistant this offseason. Line coach Ben Albert left for Duke on Friday.
