Mass. judge grants restraining order

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. -- A Massachusetts judge on Thursday granted a restraining order that preserves some of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez's assets in connection with a wrongful death lawsuit, filed this week by the family of the man he's accused of killing.
