Red Sox call up Stephen Drew

CLEVELAND -- It may take a second to identify the bespectacled guy at shortstop Monday night. But while the glasses are new, the shortstop is the same guy who played for a World Series winner last October.

A third of the season has passed, but Stephen Drew has rejoined the Boston Red Sox, having completed a 10-game minor league assignment after signing a prorated $10 million deal with the Sox last month.
