Pedroia: Wrist injury is 'no big deal'

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Boston Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia will be held out of the lineup for one more day as he recovers from a sprained left wrist that is not considered serious.

"They told me I needed another day," Pedroia said Friday morning. "It's spring training. If this was the season and [manager Terry Francona] didn't play me, it's going to get ugly. I'm fine.
