Patriots trade back, grab McCourty

FOXBORO -- The Patriots traded back twice from No. 22 to No. 27 in Thursday's first round of the NFL draft and selected cornerback Devin McCourty from Rutgers. The Patriots picked up a third-round pick (No. 90 overall) and moved up in the fourth round (from No. 119 overall to No. 113).

McCourty shared his reaction to being selected by the New England Patriots with the 27th overall selection on a conference call with media members Thursday night.
