Chargers made a lot of dumb mistakes, but credit the Patriots for capitalizing

Five observations from the New England Patriots' 23-20 victory over the San Diego Chargers:

1. San Diego a classy host to Patriots. This was a cross-country trip for the Patriots to face a team that was first in the NFL in offense and first in defense.
