Rajon Rondo starts Game 4

BOSTON -- Rajon Rondo started Monday's Game 4, playing through the lingering pain from a dislocated elbow suffered in Saturday's Game 3 win over the Miami Heat.

Rondo, who wore a bulky brace that immobilized the arm in case of contact, scored eight points and had five assists in 26 minutes of Boston's 98-90 overtime loss.
