Doc Rivers: Paul Pierce to play

BOSTON -- Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers said Paul Pierce will attempt to play through the pain of a sprained MCL in his left knee, but is uncertain how the team will compensate if the injury continues to be a hindrance to the team captain.
